Neil Warnock says his players are enjoying their football after a 3-0 win over Sheffield United saw QPR take another step towards the Premier League.
A Wayne Routledge brace and Alejandro Faurlin's effort saw the Hoops beat Warnock's old side, who he also led to the top flight.
The win leaves Warnock's table-toppers 13 points ahead of third-place Cardiff, with seven Championship games remaining.
He told Sky Sports HD1: "I enjoy the way we play. I've enjoyed it all season - some great goals, we deserved to win, we played some fabulous football.
"But I don't enjoy seeing my old team in the situation that they're in. They give everything - Monty and Quinny, two lads who were there when I was there - but we were better on the night as simple as that really."
While Routledge and Faurlin got on the scoresheet, Warnock believed all his team had put a shift in.
"I think they're all key players - how many headers did Clint Hill win and the centre-halves are magnificent, Bradley Orr, goalkeeper - I think we've got every position, that they're vital positions and Shaun Derry, I never thought he would play 20 games and he's not missed a game yet so it has been fantastic for us this season.
"But you can see we're enjoying it and I think that's the art of football, if you can enjoy it.
"People talk about pressure and that but I think it's just great me, watching them play like that, it's exciting."
Just three wins are now needed to earn promotion but Warnock insisted he does not have to keep his players focused on the job in hand.
He said: "I don't think I have to because if you look at the type of players that we've got, they keep themselves focused.
"We've got Scunthorpe on Saturday and that will be just as hard as any other. So we'll be going there to try and win the game but we know it's going to be tough."
